But these alone are not enough. Proper exercise every day must also be put on the agenda. Because I never exercise, my body’s endurance is very poor, so my main appeal is not to lose weight (currently 172cm, 65 kg is only a little fat. ) but to improve physical fitness.

Due to time constraints, in addition to working every day, I have to bring children + original creations at night. The time is full, and sports can only be realized in scattered times.

I have tried the Switch fitness ring, and the effect is not very good. After the fitness card is completed, there is no time to go on weekdays. A home treadmill is a very good choice at this time. It happens to be placed on the balcony of the home, and the wife can also use it together.

1. Damping system
The biggest worry about using a home treadmill is complaints from downstairs neighbors. A good shock absorption system can effectively reduce noise, and it doesn’t even affect the downstairs at all. In addition, good shock absorption can also reduce the damage to the knees caused by running.

At present, the mainstream shock absorbers include silicone shock absorbers, air shock absorbers, cantilever shock absorbers, and spring shock absorbers. Better-quality treadmills use soft rubber and silicone materials, and the effect will be even better if combined with air shock absorption.

2. Motor & power
The motor is the core component of the entire treadmill. The output power of the motor is the basic indicator to measure the quality. However, many manufacturers like to change the concept secretly and use peak parameters instead of continuous power, so you must pay attention to the difference in terms when purchasing. Generally, the continuous output power (HP) of a household treadmill should preferably reach 1.5HP. If it is less than this value, the weight will not be able to carry it, but there is no need to pursue too high because it is wasteful.

3. Running belt specification
The width and length of the running belt greatly affect the running experience. To save costs, some treadmills will reduce the materials used in this part, and it will feel cramped when running.

Generally speaking, those with a width of less than 45cm are not recommended, and it will cause discomfort when running. Moreover, this width does not include the anti-skid platforms on both sides, which is the width of a separate running belt.

Another indicator is the length of the running belt, which is related to the height. The higher the height, the longer the length of the running belt is required. Generally speaking, 120cm is the lowest off-line, and anything below this length can be passed.

4. Folding function
Most users who buy home treadmills, as long as they insist on using them, will not use the folding storage function. Because the weight of the treadmill is relatively high, even if it can be folded, it will be very laborious every time.

5. Slope adjustment
